Flexible, Responsive Day Care
Available from 7.30am to 6.00pm for children 3 months to 5 years. Providing a holistic approach, this service is based on sound knowledge of child development. Initially the children are grouped according to their age however we acknowledge that children are individuals, developing at their own pace. Children's progress will be observed and record, staff are committed to meeting the needs of each individual child on a day to day basis, sharing and involving parents in their child's progress.
Cost:
- £10 registration fee
- Hourly rate £6.98
- £2.20 for lunch
- £2.00 for tea (prices from the 1st April 2018)
Wrap around care: 7:30am - 6:00pm
This service operates term time only, providing a full day care service for children who are accessing Nursery education grant here at Footsteps or being collection from Westfield Primary School. The children will be escorted from the Nursery class at 11.15am.
A well balanced Lunch will be available as well as additional child care hours. Planning for the children attending this session will focus on three particular areas of the Foundation Stage: Physical development, Physical, Creative and Personal, Social & Emotional development.
