Parents Feedback

Recently parents were consulted on a variety of issues surrounding the Nursery.

38 consultation forms were returned and the results were as follows:

Particular consideration has been given to areas which have been returned as satisfactory or poor.

Improvements to our service include menus being changed seasonally, snack rota changed regularly, biometric entry system being considered for the "black gate" and systems are underway to improve communication between staff and parents.
